Malcolm Odell brings more than 25 years of international education and development experience to HED to assist with impact assessments of HED partnerships over the past ten years. Dr. Odell has conducted trainings for, Peace Corps and instructed at University of Maryland, UNH Whittemore School of Business and Economics, University of Botswana, Lesotho, and Swaziland, Cornell University, and Southern New Hampshire University. Dr. Odell has conducted impact assessments for USAID, the World Bank and other organizations. Dr. Odell earned his PhD in Development Sociology, Organizational Behavior and Planning for Natural Resource and Agricultural Management from Cornell University, and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Nepal.
