HED welcomes Tully Cornick, PhD as its new executive director. Cornick was a senior administrator in the Bureau for Latin America and Caribbean Affairs at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
His new responsibilities include ensuring and upholding the vision of the organization, and strengthening the opportunities for effective partnerships among universities here and abroad.
