HED Opens Registration for the Africa-U.S. Initiative Conference

Higher Education for Development welcomes invitees to register online for the conference, "Reshaping Human and Institutional Capacity Building through Higher Education Partnerships." This partners conference follows the successful Africa-U.S. Higher Education Initiative Planning Grant Competition, which closed in February 2009.
